Cancellation Policy
Due to the cost of supplies purchased for each experience, we are unable to provide full refunds without sufficient notice. Cancellations seven days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Customized themes that require a special order will not be refunded the deposit.
